Texas Inn & Suites Pharr/San Juan

Good location with access to freeway. Friendly staff.

Good room to stay overnight n get a good night rest. No loud neighbors. All amenities close by. Breakfast was good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! The room was very clean and comfy bed!

Receptionist was condescending . Belittling and rude . There was a death in the family and didn’t need her behavior. Floors were dirty . Will not stay at this motel again.

They were great, we got there late, and the air conditioner had been leaking into the floor. They put us in another room promptly. We needed to stay 2 extra nights and they added that without us having to change room. Very nice people, rooms were clean and serviceable. We only needed to have a place to sleep as was gone all day and so the price was also great. Would stay there again! The only con was fridge had no freezer so we couldn't refreeze our ice packs but they did have ice machine so that worked too

I didnt like the rudeness of the front desk. We told her there was a problem and she turned it around on us like we were lying.

The front desk lady was very pleasant with the check in and very helpful providing some tips about the area. Thank you!
