الطاقم لطيف جدا والمكان قريب من مركز المدينة وتوجد بالقرب منه مطاعم تركيه وهندية للأكل الحلال كما أن محطة الباصات تبعد بالمشي ربع ساعه تقريبا او اكثر شوي الناس في المنطقة لطفاء

Excellent location, fabulous team at the hotel. It was a business stay only for one night but I would definately recommend to anyone visiting the area and I will be back. Thankyou

A lovely hotel

I had telephoned about 10 days before my stay to confirm I had a room with a walk in shower as I had recently had a fall and broken my shoulder and was unsteady on my feet. The lady I spoke with assured me I had and said she had she had put a ‘stop’ on the room so it wasn’t switched. On arrival I was given the key and then found that someone else was already in that room and the only rooms left had showers over the bath. I was VERY emotional and upset but the lady receptionist was amazing. She did her best to help me and eventually got me room 210 which was a lovely room, although it had a shower over the bath. I was offered a different room from the next day but couldn’t face the move so stayed where I was for the following night. The only problem with that room was the bathroom floor was slightly grubby and when I lifted the top cup and saucer to get a drink I found the saucer underneath was very dirty with bits of biscuit (?) stuck over it. If your receptionist hadn’t been so lovely and helpful my stay would have been a complete disaster. On a slightly different note, I assume a man designed the room as I don’t think a woman would have put the fridge under the vanity unit, with the drawers the other side of the room!

Food was great, staff were excellent bed was superb Would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Walking distance into town was good.

Annex bedroom cold as no central heating in it, only a wall air heater, which after a while made air dry. Reception did bring in electric heater which helped a bit.

Good location by the park and river. Plenty of parking. We were there for a wake and the serving staff were v attentive. Comfy room and bed.

Whilst the breakfast was v good when it arrived, it took ages to come. The division of labour across the 3 serving staff seemed unbalanced. One lady and a chap did v little and seemed v disinterested whilst the third chap seemed to want to please but was rushed off his feet.
