All Seasons Resort

I liked the pool. It is large. I like that parking is free.

I didn't like that the wifi didn't work the entire trip. We told the staff and they said they had no other complaints and so they sent the "tech guy" who did nothing but unplug and re plug the modem which didn't solve the issue. I didn't like that the gym is LOCKED. I also didn't like that breakfast starts at 8am which is LATE

The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Pool is the perfect temperature. Staff was lovely and welcoming.

Staff was helpful and friendly, accommodating.

Wifi kept disconnecting.

A most welcoming resort with mostly friendly and accommodating staff. The spacious rooms were superb and the AC is only available in the Deluxe Rooms. This resorts plus points are the pool and premises where morning walks and then having an aqua aerobics session (personal provision) was so beautiful, so soothing and the water was just blissful The surrounding cabana's were mostly clean and kept the hot sunshine off and for the cost per night, this resort is worth it if you want to spend time in and around the West Coast. The Pluses - Accommodation Wonderful spacious accommodation, lovely bathroom facilities and living room areas with plenty of seating and kitchen facilities. The Negatives - Accommodation On the first night there was a persistent sound outside of my room which became extremely annoying. It wasn't the coo coo birds but some other creature which went on until at least 3am in the morning!! The oven was in a sad condition. It did not invite me to use it despite buying some groceries. The new fridge in this room did not keep drinks cold and it was reported, acted upon and the young man swapped my fridge with another one from another room to the right of where I was staying! This fridge was an old version, and unfortunately did not chill drinks well at all. Not great considering the weather and wanting refreshments on hand. I was told the fridge element in the new fridge, had frozen which was why it was unable to cool the drinks and food items. I would have preferred to have had a like for like fridge as I had a family member in another room and she did not have any issues with her new fridge. I was in room 45. When there was heavy rain, the shower head leaked out water so not sure whether there's a fault in its maintenance. I didn't report this as it wasn't a major issue but thought it best to say for anyone who may get this room and while sitting down or lying in bed, they hear dripping water!! The curtain rail was faulty and once reported the maintenance man came within 15 minutes and fixed it. It seemed to be on a temporary fix but just raising an awareness. The housekeeping service, In room information and room ambience were fine, adequate and pleasant respectively. The bar facilities was okay. Pretty quiet but some background music helped to create an ambience. The pool was the best part of the stay externally. It was clean, welcoming, and refreshing for a swim and chill. Great pre-showering facilities which not all residents used!! One drawback was on one occasion, I needed to link to the wifi and left the paperwork in my room so asked at reception for the poolside wifi and the response I got was 'we don't give that information out..' - the young lady on duty didn't ask me if I was a resident, a room number etc to confirm that I was a resident but was very curt in her response and told me to use the wifi password for the Asian Spice restaurant instead but even here I still would need the password??? I found this a tad unprofessional and really wasn't in the interest of the resident staying. Customer service while in the main was very good, in this area needed some improvement and on checking out where it was established that when one pays by credit card for a holding deposit, it doesn't actually get taken but 'released' by another member of staff and can take a week to clear..' All of which was not explained at check in. Overall, The All Seasons has many positives and need to tweak some other areas. I may stay at this place again in the future as it was a great base for surrounding beaches, restaurants and activities.

This resort needs faster internet for basic browsing, calls etc. Check in personnel was very rude, poor communication and had a very obnoxious attitude and behaviour. We didn’t feel welcomed upon checking in. We had booked three rooms and two of three had smelly bathrooms. Our group was also not allowed in the pool after 6pm however we observed that the fair skinned people were able to utilize same. A woman who seemed to be the resort manager was very kind, pleasant and always ask how we were doing. Overall experience was 5/10.

The resort is nicely tucked away from busy roads. The staff was attentive and the room had what we needed. However, the mattresses were old and sagging. We were also disappointed by the lack of local dishes available throughout the day and the absence of a manager's welcome party. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

It is always a delight to stay at All Seasons Europa. I think this was our 6th time there. The ambiance is nice and quiet and quite family friendly. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Barbados.
