Disaster hotel - to avoid

The hotel is extremely old, no maintenance at all for long time. Very bad management. Not a 4 star at all, not even 2 star, difficult to have worst hotel than this. We arrived in the hotel and took 3 rooms. The rooms was in very bad hygiene condition, black marks everywhere on the floor, brown liquid marks everywhere around the bed and in the bathroom, ceilling are leaking and have leakage marks. very dirty. We asked the cleaners to clean they said they cannot as for them it’s something normal. Them we ask to talk to the manager and asked him to clean and he said he does not have the product to clean so he upgraded us in other rooms. There is also a problem with the water, it takes very long time for the warm water to arrive and when it comes it’s keep alternating very cold and very hot and there is no water stability in showers. Also there is no hand shower head, water only coming from top, so very inconvenient to take shower. Another problem we faced, is that we booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and after the first night the breakfast was extremely bad nothing to eat there, no alternative milk (non cow milk for vegetarians), no bakery nothing, just omelette and pineapple. So we wanted to cancel the breakfast for the remaining nights to eat outside, but the manager didn’t accept to switch to non breakfast rooms option and refund the breakfast for the remaining nights to come, even though we didn’t consume nothing we only asked for future nights not past nights breakfast, and booking also didn’t accept to negotiate it with the manager they said they cannot. So very important for you I advise to book the room without breakfast as you will have no flexibility if you book the breakfast and you are disappointed. And there is an excellent coffee shop in front of the hotel with everything bakeries cookies any alternative milk (oat soya) and any kind of coffee it’s really good for non Thai breakfast.

Hotel is tired, and trying to recover from Covid. Staff did their best, only around 12 rooms occupied. It will take a lot to bring it up to the hotel it used to be.
