Easy on off Rt 80 in PA . Friendly staff, clean room very nice shower, handy cap friendly. Made another reservation.

Staff bed and food were good

Cracked hallway, broken shower tiles, grouting was unprofessional. Walkin shower drains into bathroom. It was wheelchair style, not walkin. Made for a wet floor and dangerous walking.

I loved the room in this hotel. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The hotel was clean, and the front desk friendly. The only downside was the pool was closed at the time, and they offered the option of going to the hotel across the parking lot.

The rooms were very clean but the hotel needed some serious updating. The bathroom with accommodations shower left a pond of water on the bathroom floor due to it not being pitched right to drain

Check in was simple and easy. Room was ready and clean.

Clean rooms nice staff

Power went out when we first got there so check in was difficult and had to wait a bit, I ordered a room with a hot tub and paid more for it but wasn’t able to use it due to being out of service, I was told I could get a partial refund bc of it but had to go through Expedia to do it. Still haven’t gotten anything back. Place wasn’t that clean. Hair in the bed and smears on the walls not impressed. Won’t book again

The lady that checked us into our room was very polite and friendly.

When we checked into the hotel there was a sign stating that the pool was not working. When we got into our room there was a very nasty stain on a pillow on the bed the bathroom had a horrible patch ceiling a broken sink basin and a broken electrical outlet cover at the light switch. We were there a half hour and the power went out twice. That evening at 9:21 the fire alarm rang throughout the whole building for about 5 to 7 minutes with no instruction from the staff and it eventually went off without any direction from the staff. The next morning we were getting ready for check out and water started leaking from the ceiling of her bathroom light. For spending $241 for a room it was probably one of the worst and when I told them about everything at checkout they said they could not do anything because I booked with the third party.

The power went out during my stay. Not the hotel's fault, seemed to be the surrounding areas. It was disappointing that the pool broke down though.
