"Would not stay with this hotel chain again"

Lack of 24 hour front desk service. Hotel is under construction and was not stated that construction was taking place when I booked the hotel. Shipping containers for construction at the hotel took up almost all of the parking spaces making parking difficult.

Had good parking

Pool was closed and the hot tub that was in the photos was not there. Part of the reason we picked this hotel was the hot tub. Heavily worn down room.

"Hotel was under construction, did not get reserved room and pool was unavailable."

Staff was thoughtful, despite a not having our room available and the disappointment of our kids for not having the pool available with it being under construction.

We couldn't get the room we reserved, for our family. The hotel was under construction. We reserved our staff for the family experience, and were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed for our children because of the construction.

Location was not desired

The hotel we booked called me the day of our stay telling me they moved us to a different hotel due to a week-long gas leak issue. They moved us to a hotel in the area I was trying to avoid, and to a hotel that is in the middle of renovation. The hotel was not clean, completely under renovation, and our room smelled overwhelming of air freshener that was trying to disguise something. We were like 10 miles from where were supposed to stay. If this gas leak issue had been going on for over a week, why wasn’t I contacted to relocate hotels on my own? I would NOT have chosen to stay at the crap hotel they arranged for us. I wish they had respectfully been proactive and contacted us.

"Ok, considering renovation."

Hotel was under renovation, and we were switched from 2 queen beds to a king and a sofa sleeper. It worked but was not ideal. Otherwise all was good.

I liked the pools and gym, some of the staff was friendly.

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't notified there was construction prior to booking.
