Very nice clean comfortable room

The reservation was mixed up and booking confirmed our reservation but the motel had nothing in there system.

Really liked the hotel including bar area but location was a bit farther than we like from the city center

staff was very nice and helpfull

We love the location of the hotel, close to a grocery store and a restaurant right in the driveway to share with us.

We arrived at the property about 2:55 p.m I told the lady we were there for check in and she asked if we minded waiting.aboit 15 minutes because they were doing inspection in the room, of course we had no problem with waiting. We finally get into.the room and i need to shower for our event , i get in the shower and there is someone elses hair on the wall, like all over the wall, all over the bathroom floor, its gross!! We also couldn't find our garbage cans, found 1 in bathroom with no bag, finally found the other shoved way under the desk with someone else's garbage still in it and no bag. Not sure why we waited for inspection, pretty certain that never happened. ,

Nightstand and bathroom shelves were not wiped down, carpet not vacuumed. Gym is next to the pool so the room was filled with a warm chlorine smell. Daily text and communication from the hotel that gave the illusion of assistance but did not resolve anything.

We could see old inside this hotel and maybe they are going to do some upgrades but they haven’t. Just about fell in the shower because there no mat tillers in there so you wouldn’t slide around. No air conditioning at night. We had to pay for our breakfast that we didn’t know about and that the first that has happened to us, Won’t go back there.
