Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest first and last name. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Um hotel muito bom com vários funcionários atenciosos"

A minha primeira satisfação aconteceu assim que cheguei no hotel, porque o recepcionista Aldeney fez um check in rápido , com muita simpatia e educação. Também faço menção sobre o atendimento do recepcionista Ederson que, durante a hospedagem, nos orientou sobre pontos turísticos sendo também solicito, gentil e educado. Ter funcionários atenciosos eleva o nível de hospedagem. O hotel apresenta um ótimo quarto amplo com boa entrada de luz pelo janelão, mesa, frigobar. Há também um banheiro ótimo com chuveiro quente ou frio, amenidades, secador de cabelo, lençóis suaves e branquinhos e dois travesseiros para cada cama. O café da manhã sortido com rápida reposição e com a presença de um atendente também prestativo e educado. A piscina está sempre cuidada, porque há muitas árvores que deixam cair folhas. Há uma pequena reserva florestal do lado do hotel. O estacionamento fica no pátio da hospedagem. De modo geral, nós gostamos muito de tudo e voltaríamos a nos hospedar.

Adorei o hotel. Custo benefício vale a pena. Ótimo café da manhã e quarto amplo.

Localização. Fui poe turismo daí achei que a localização não foi favorável para os passeios.
