Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest first and last name. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence. A deposit may be required at the property.

Excelente a limpeza e arrumação do quarto, sempre com lençóis limpos, e toalhas limpas durante todo o período de 6 dias que ficamos no hotel. Ficamos no 501

Funcionários excelentes na recepção muito educados e do buffet em especial o Sr Marinaldo , muito educado e prestativo, a limpeza tbm excepcional , só senti falta de um café da manhã mais regional.

O quarto é bastante confortável e limpo e o café da manhã é bem servido.

As áreas de lazer estavam em reforma, não foi possível aproveitar. Além disso, também esqueci meu carregador no hotel e tive que ir embora sem ele porque quando fui atrás por volta de umas 22:00 do mesmo dia eles disseram que não tinham acesso ao achados e perdidos somente no dia seguinte que eu não estaria mais lá pois o meu voo era de madrugada.

Atendimento excelente, café da manhã muito bom. Almoço e janta no local são pagos, mas são saborosos e o preço é ok. Recepção/hall de entrada muito aconchegantes e fresquinhos Quarto bem equipado, ar condicionado bom. Janela grande, apesar da vista não ser das melhores (mas se for pra ver vista bonita, é só dar um passeio por Manaus)

A localização deixa a desejar. Mas isso já estava bem claro pelas outras reviews. Nenhuma surpresa
