The staff was phenomenal- Grace at the front was pleasant and went the extra mile. She sent a balloon and cookie to my daughter for her birthday. I recommend this hotel- 5 star in service

Everything is good, but ----

They charged me $5 + tax for parking, no kidding. The next day at 10 am, there was a staff who knocked on my door for no reason. At 11 am, they disabled the key and locked me outside of the building when I was loading things up, because the check out time is 11. We were supposed to leave at 08:30, but my SO was taking her time in packing and relaxing. Another staff member knocked on my door again around 11:10 to remind me to leave. I was in hot water between my SO and the hotel staff. Very stressful experiences.
