"Excellent location, but starting to age..."

This is your standard Springhill spot with the advantage of being really close to a Casino and the Westgate shopping area. Nuff said. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and fairly large. However, they are aging and in need of a bit of updating. Also, the pillows were uncomfortable and small, which was inconvenient. There is ample parking, and it is a well-lit area. The breakfast is surprisingly good and free, but the breakfast area is small. This was our 2nd time staying here while visiting family in the area, and we wouldn't stay here again. We had numerous occasions of kids running up and down the halls, knocking on people's doors, and being a general nuisance. It's not that it happens because kids will be kids, it's that the mgmt of the hotel did nothing about it... for two days! Given other choices in the area, I'd try somewhere else next time I'm in town, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

AC was absolutely terrible...either to cold or to hot, which made sleeping very hard + loud guests outside talking till late evening. Cigar + ashes outside on patio. NO hot water & NO tea bags in breakfast area. I'll never stay at this hotel again.
