Loved it was super.clean

Bed was not very comfortable

The facility was adequate mostly

When my husband dropped me off at the event and went to register quickly, the employee couldn't find my reservation. Many minutes later a relief employee was able to locate the reservation. He then unloaded the truck, and proceeded to lock the door to return to the event. The door wouldn't lock. That caused even more of a delay. He slammed the door with bruit force, and it locked. He came back to the event, and made sure when we returned very late that night that he had tools with him to fix the door. It had been repaired in our absense. Also, we had a 3 night stay, and no fresh towels were provdied at any point. Our room was never made up, and we were never supplied with more shampoo, water cups, coffee pods or any other supplies.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was excellent. Only complaint was that the toilet flushed very slowly... Reported this to the desk on Thursday afternoon and was told that maintenance was not available on that shift. The option was to move to another room. We were on our way out and not coming back until later that evening so that wouldn't work out for us.

Nice and clean. Sink was way far away and too small. No laundry bags. Mattresses too hard.

It was a nice surprise. We liked that the Staff made it clear that "smoking" was not allowed. YES!! We stayed at other Hotels that were non-smoking, but it never strictly enforced. The odor of smoke was all over those places.

The staff was well trained & very friendly & polite

Breakfast was unappealing .
