The back restaurant where it backed into the Thames. It was pretty.

all the staff were very helpful and friendly and we will definitely be back hotel was everything we hoped for and the food was excellent

Room and river view excellent. Only reservation lack of hanging space for those staying say a week. Car parking excellent, beautifully position alongside lock , bridge and Chertsey Marsh walks. Well greeted at reception and all staff seemed very friendly. Check in and check outs excellent. Drinks good range and nicely served. We particularly enjoyed the evening meal

We had the breakfast when most of the visitors had left for their days work. The breakfast foods were many and a good selection. My fry up was freshly done to order. The portions were quiet small ie only one sausage and I felt in these days of help yourself there should have been more opportunities to satisfy the larger appetite

Waitress from Maine USA was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Reception staff in the evening upon arrival and morning departure were very helpful and friendly.

Price was expensive. I expect you’ll say Ascot racing gave you an opportunity to overcharge

Would have liked to have somewhere to put bikes safely overnight - but rooms were big enough to store two bikes in room

In nice quiet location away from London and close enough to airport in darling town. On the Thames with views of ducks and birds. Very comfortable, nice tavern and food service onsite, and great staff.

Not much. A small refrigerator in the room would be nice, but not necessary. It may be an American thing.
