Check in delayed by one hour. Poor service throughout Untrained staff Duty manager promised discount to make up but even that wasnt given

The size of the room is great. The location is great. There is a good selection for breakfast. The staff is polite.

The cleanliness needs a lot of more effort. The furniture has seen much better times. The sofas in the room have become very hard as they are very old. Housekeeping needs to pull up their socks.

The bed was comfortable, food was tasty, staff was friendly

Had a wonderful 4-night stay at The Royal Orchid in one of their lovely suites on the 8th floor. The rooms were spacious, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. What really stood out was the warm and attentive service, from the reception team to housekeeping, laundry, restaurant staff, and even the security guards . Everyone made us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast was fantastic too, a great spread with just the right level of spice to suit all taste buds. The hotel’s location in Kalyani Nagar was perfect, especially since I had a few meetings nearby. I’m really glad I chose to stay here. My mum absolutely enjoyed the experience as well! Big thanks to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Keep up the amazing hospitality!
