Prachtig hotel, prima ontbijt, heel schoon. Jammer dat je je geld niet terug krijgt als iemand een kamer heeft geboekt en ziek is geworden. Dat zijn de regels, maar vanuit coulance zou de helft terug betalen netter zijn geweest. Nu heeft er niemand in de betaalde kamer geslapen.
