The breakfast and dinner was good.

We travelled for work and were on Half Board, when we ordered drinks the staffs seems reluctant to take orders. Obviously we would pay for our drinks as we are half board. The option of not being able to accomodate late check out is definitely a no go for me. The hotel cannot expect people to check out at 10 or 11 am if their flight is at 6 or 7pm. They need to be able to accomodate a late checkout for these type of travellers.

The staff were brilliant and the food, salads, fruit and vegetables were top rate. Location very good

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt als Hauptsache. Lage Top in den Superior Zimmer. Hausceeping immer bereit. Große gemütliche Anlage. Begrüssung mit Fanfahre !

Nothing stood out for me

1. The room did not have bedside mats 2. On check-in the room did not have towels, i had to ask for them and wait close to 1hr 3. The room was affected by the aircon, causing wetness on the floor 4. Nothing warranted the high cost of the room 5. The view was obscured by the trees 6. Would not make a repeat booking in the near future
