Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

I booked the wrong day and they were super nice and understanding. Very friendly staff and management.

I have stay several times and will return due to aspects that appeal to me: Rooms and bathrooms are clean, avoid of odors, spacious, very comfortable beds, and friendly welcoming staff. Each room has unique fabrics and look with adequate amenities: extra pillows, towels, toiletries, coffee & maker, refrigerator, desk, chair, comfy seating, windows that open, heating/cooling, working TV, ample lighting. Considering the central location, its been primarily quiet with off-street safe parking. As a single guest I feel safe and comfortable here. I have walked to and from UO campus, Matthew Knight Arena, Hult Center, WOW Hall, numerous coffee spots, eateries and wholesome groceries stores. I look forward to my next visit.

Extremely noisy neighbors and poor sound insulation. I could hear every conversation word for word. To their credit, when I called to complain when it got unbearable, they did tell them to keep it down. Unfortunately my connecting room was left unlocked by the housekeeper so all my stuff could have been stolen or tampered with. Stained towels but still clean. No deadbolt. Extremely loud location in general. The hotel manager also responds by arguing and being combative to every bad review, which is extremely unprofessional and honestly kind of sad. Not enough parking for rooms.
