Grand Hotel Tiziano e dei Congressi

Very comfortable hotel, in terms of location and services provided. Kind and helpful staff who speak very good English. Excellent breakfast. Timeworn bathroom; it will need refurbishment soon.

Room extremely cold. No climate control as listed in list of amenities. And there was a small insect on my pillow.

Generally good, friendly and clean. A little noisy when large groups were staying for conferences.

This hotel was ok, close to historical area but not very clean . It is an old hotel and staff in restaurant are very impolite.

The bed sheet was it clear and w spots.. Facilities are limited..

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the pool. It was so depressing being in that room they stuck me in, not at all like the pics online. I'm guessing I didn't get one of the upgraded rooms. To make matters worse the WiFi was horrible I was lucky whenever I did get signal. Wouldn't come back here.

Clean, comfort e friendly

Lecce is a lovely city, with almost the whole of the old Baroque city centre as a pedestrianised zone. This hotel is on the ring road on the edge of the city centre - if you have a car it is very convenient, if you don't have a car it may be more characterful to stay in the old city centre. The city centre can be reached from the hoel on foot, in any case, in about 15 minutes.

Within walking distance from old town Lecce, but seriously understaffed, especially at the front desk where I had at least 10 people in front of me waiting to check in and only one receptionist handling the crowd. I observed similar situation throughout my stay. TV remote control is impossible to operate, if you park your car in the gated parking structure be prepared to walk to the front desk back and forth when you want to leave as one needs to buzz the receptionist to get the gate opened , and if they are busy they don't answer the intercom. Great breakfast thou.

Clearly a hotel that hasn't seen much love since the eighties. Dated furnishings and communal areas but remains clean and tidy. Bathrooms in need of remodelling in particular. Ok location with ample, albeit slightly chaotic (I.e. Italian), parking.
