Very outdated property. My fiancé woke up with bites from bugs that must have been in the bedroom. The staff knew that it was a hotel of poor quality

The hotel seems like it is going through a transition/reconstruction. Most pf the hotel seems to be quite rundown. Beyond that, the air conditioner did not work in our room. First they told us someone would come to take a look. Nobody came. After complaining again we were switched to another room just to find out that it was not working there either. The real problem seemed to be that there was a problem with the central A/C system. The staff knew this all along but were unable/unwilling to be transparent.

Zimmer und Parkmöglichkeit sehr gut, man merkt auch hier Corona, vieles ist ungepflegt

Large conference hotel at edge of city, about 10 mins walk to old town. First room offered to us was not suitable and when we contacted reception we were immediately swapped out. Bedroom was spacious, bathroom too a good size. Buffet breakfast had good choices

Sempre una garanzia, solo una precisazione, forse per errore vista l'ora tarda mi è stata assegnata una camera diversa da quella vista in foto, e il letto non era Queen size, ma standard.

Upgrade della stanza e un gran sorriso accompagnato da professionalità sono state il biglietto da visita di questa bella struttura

Ottimo hotel, grande, in buona posizione facile da raggiungere. Pulizia buona, non perfetta, non guasterebbe qualche sorriso in più del personale.
