Ionion Star Hotel

Nice location, decent breakfast but not 4star ! Few people were shutting the doors in corridors but no one complained. there was a dog barking all day long

We had a very nice stay. Very good breakfast. Beautiful view.Very convenient location, close to all the shops, cafes, restaurants, nearby beaches.Friendly and helpful staff.

Very disappointing hotel after expecting to be staying at a 4 star hotel as advertised. The only thing that was good about the hotel was the breakfast and the pool.

Central hotel with easy access. No TV inside the room, no room service

This is a 3 star hotel with great pool. It's reasonably priced,the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. It's a 3 star hotel !!! The poor reviews don't mention the absolutely fantastic staff. Everyone from the cleaners to the manager (she lent me her car,how extraordinary is that?),were fantastic. Throw away your visions of grandeur and enjoy the simple life. We did.

This Hotel property is below one star the room was of very poor quality. The photos on the website are photo shopped. We paid for four nights. Had to stay the one night as we got to the island late and wa very tired called Expedia as soon as we saw the state of the room, next morning paid one more day and Expedia to refund the remaining two days. Expedia need to audit properties if they are to put them on their website. Breakfast was okay, staff and manager tried to accommodate with up grade but all rooms are in bad state. So disappointed and let down, fortunately for us we found an amazing Hotel on our own.

Rarely has a staff been more helpful! We were welcomed warmly - overcame some confusion when it seemed there was no reservation (turned out it was made with my middle name instead of my last - !) - and laughed it off. Our room faced the harbor. The breakfast had plenty of variety and staff wiling to assist as needed. The staff member's recommendation for dinner was spot on. As checkout was at Noon and our plane did not depart until 9 pm, we were given space to "hang out," invited to continue to use the pool, .....

Excellent place to stay great locality and lively staff.

I found the Ionion Star dated and not well kept. The service was also lacking from various staff members (mind you we spoke Greek to them) and they all seemed un-interested, I received far better service from house keeping with the usual good mornings, etc. The room was basic, internet wifi not very good and the only location I managed to receive a decent signal was either from the toilet or door. The hotel is central located in Lefkada town close to restaurants, shops and bars. I would not be staying in this hotel again as they are far better options around.

Quite nice hotel in the awsome Lefkada. Very nice reception plus super good location.
