We didn't mind, but for anyone booking, you need to be a Jazz fan. Music every night till 11pm.

I had the pleasure of staying at Riad Monceau for 6 nights in April 2026, and overall, it was a truly memorable and luxurious experience in the heart of the city. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, with countless shops, cafés, and local cuisine options literally 1 minute away, and even more dining choices within a 5-minute radius. A special mention to the host Soufiane and the entire service staff—their hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional. From check-in to daily service, the team ensured a warm, welcoming, and personalized stay. Their professionalism and friendliness really elevated the experience. The riad itself offers a fantastic range of amenities: a relaxing jacuzzi, open bar, high-end cocktail bars, and a VIP rooftop seating area that’s perfect for unwinding. The food is another highlight—delicious, flavorful, and with multiple cuisine options across different dining setups. The finger foods and cocktails were particularly impressive. Rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy yet premium feel. One of the absolute highlights of staying at Riad Monceau is the exceptional hospitality led by Soufiane. He truly embodies what a “super host” should be. From the moment you arrive, Soufiane ensures every detail of your stay is handled with precision and genuine care. He is always present, approachable, and attentive—whether it’s organizing special requests, recommending local experiences, or simply checking in to make sure everything is perfect. What stands out is his ability to anticipate guest needs before you even ask. His professionalism is matched by warmth and charisma, creating a personalized experience that feels both luxurious and homely at the same time. He sets the tone for the entire team, and it clearly reflects in the consistently high level of service throughout the riad.

That said, there are a few areas that could be improved—not deal breakers, but worth addressing to enhance the overall experience: • Breakfast service can be slow, especially during peak hours • Lighting at night in certain areas could be improved • Water pressure/speed could be more consistent • Some rooms feel slightly encroached or compact • Internet speed varies for room guests • Breakfast menu can become repetitive over multiple days Suggestions for improvement: • Streamline breakfast operations and possibly introduce a quicker service option • Upgrade lighting in common areas for better ambiance and visibility • Improve water pressure consistency across rooms • Standardize internet speed for all guests • Introduce more variety or rotating options in the breakfast menu • Reassess room layouts where space feels tight Despite these minor points, none of them take away from the overall charm and experience of the riad. It remains a fantastic place to relax, enjoy Marrakech, and immerse yourself in Moroccan hospitality. Everything was up to the mark. Internet should be separated for in-house guest and visiting diners. Water speed should not be affected by the number of guests or diners in the riad.

Après une expérience décevante dans un autre riad de la médina nous sommes arrivés au Riad Monceau. Notre séjour a tout simplement été parfait, du début à la fin. Merci à Sofiane qui a été aux petits soins et qui nous a fait vivre un moment merveilleux. Le riad est sublime, la chambre était spacieuse, propre et très agréable. Nous avons dîné au bord de la piscine, face au groupe de jazz, le moment était hors du temps. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la magie du lieu, la discrétion et la gentillesse de tout le personnel, cela est digne d’un grand hôtel. Nous reviendrons. Yelena & Laurent

L'emplacement, proche de la place Jemaa El Fna et de la plupart des sites a voir dans la Médina, la beauté du Riad et la qualité de la cuisine. L'ambiance et les concerts jazz

Si vous êtes du genre couche tôt cet hôtel est à éviter les concerts durant jusqu'à 23h. Cela nous en étions prévenu, mais le personnel débarrasse et fait beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à minuit passé.

Friendly staff. So helpful. Beautiful building. Loved the live music. Delicious breakfast. Very quiet in the evening after music has finished. Very well organised and run.

Nothing but if you don’t like live music this is not for you.
