The hotel is in a great location close to the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a tour to Angkor Wat. However the tour guide provided (Dara) was not great, so don't go with him! Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and clean. They were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and water. Very comfortable beds.

The breakfast was very underwhelming with not a lot of options. On two of the mornings we were there they ran out of food quite early (before 9am) and failed to refill the empty trays. The food in the restaurant was also underwhelming with very small portions. We were left hungry after eating there.

Scarce breakfast, to add some cheese, ham and yoghurt would be good Some bits in the room were not working, broken shower head and table lamp, dim lighting Not very good soundproofing , you can here ppl talking in the next room or on the balcony On the site there's information that an iron is in the room, there wasn't any in fact, you have to ask at the reception. We were given one old and heavy but working:)

Great location, friendly stuff, all of them but Jasmin was outstandingly, her welcome made my stay.

The sunshadow wasn’t that good on the windows but the staff helped to manage that.
