Dale was fabulous: hardworking, enthusiastic, knowledgeable. He got us an electrician at 5 PM in a Friday night! He served us ice cream, jelly, and toppings, which was delicious! The room was so comfortable due to the cooling of the heat pump on a hot, humid evening! Wonderful amenities in room — coffee, tea, etc.

It is a bit of a maze, so confusing to get around, but I would definitely recommend to travelers!

Great hostel in a good location being a short walk from the shops/sights. Spacious room which was quiet at night. Friendly staff and good communal areas with everything you could need.

Room was warm but was okay at night with the window open and a fan was provided.
