Comfort Suites Monaca

Breakfast was very good, location was good.

Dead and live bugs in room, musty smell.

We had a nice stay and it was perfect for our travels.

The good. We came in for a funeral. My wife and I are from the area. Shes from Beaver and I'm from moon township. We live in another state now. I had two rooms. They were clean and large enough for my family of 8. Parking was good and the location to shopping and restaurants was convenient, Also close to Beaver where the funeral was. Breakfast was ready every morning. The bad was the front desk staff in the morning. My wife and I both worked hotel front desk. She worked at courtyard and I work at la quinta. I can tell you that the there is no greeting. No welcoming. No how can I help you. No good morning when when we said good morning directly to the front desk am staff. No greeting of any kind. No accomadation of any kind for requests. The hotel did not appear full. We asked for a 1 hour late checkout so we could have breafask in beaver and not be rushed to return. That was denied. Again the hotel was not full. Parking lot had a hand full of cars. I stay at other comfort suites and never had this kind of interaction. I would not treat hotel guest or greet hotel guests the way we were greeted and treated. Also the elevator was not working during our stay. There was a large argument below our room that no one from the front desk addressed. It went all night. I would not and will not stay here again when I return.
