The receptionist David was amazing and very helpful he went all out his way to get my room situation handled

The bathroom had pubic hair i waited 2 hrs for my room due to cleaning staff not letting front desk know what rooms were available and still cleaning rooms... the morning iris kept calling my phone being very rude and disrespectful I was woken up by cleaning service told them I will be out shortly I speak Spanish so I understood the convo over the walkies... also room 110 door doesn't close i had to keep checking the door it opens every time someone exits out the door next to it ... the ice machine on first floor doesn't work had to walk up the stairs to second floor
