The indoor pool, the breakfast and the staff

The rooms could’ve been a little more clean. It was dust, and it was hair in the bathroom.

"Nice hotel, poor staff."

Facility and room were very clean.

The staff did not accommodate my paid for reservation! I had a valid photo ID with my name but I did NOT have my drivers license due to loss upon travel. I had my confirmation number, evidence of my booking, and a picture of my drivers license but was still denied at check-in. My friend had to rebook and double pay!
