The rooms were super clean and there was nice shower shower facilities.

Paying extra to park in parking lot of hotel. And the tvs was on the small side. Plus a TV menu kept appearing while I was trying to watch a show or movie.

8 lane highway on one side of building, train line on other. Food truck stalls (multiple trucks) outside room playing loud music at 2am. bed had no blankets. Worst of all was the absolute filthiest dirtiest, biggest homeless dereliction camp 100 yards up the street I’ve ever seen…DO NOT STAY HERE.

Besides the price, the gated off premise with numerous cameras really put me at ease.

The location... I like to walk around a lot, and the nearest bus stop to take me to Alameda was a 20-30 minute walk, with about a third of the way not having side walks.
