Staff was absolutely wonderful. For the price we paid, especially in comparison with the price we paid the year before, was beyond to high, especially with there being no upgrades at all. There was no reason for it to cost as much as it did.

The price for the location and non-upgrades, wasn't ver reasonable at all. Especially seeing as I've stayed here a couple times before and the pricing was no where near that amount. For the minimal breakfast options as well as the rooms not being up to date, I wasn't satisfied with the rooms. However the staff was the best part of the stay. Truly phenomenal staff.

"Overpriced outdated hotel where the keys don’t work."

The location was good for what we needed.

They reuse the key cards. Ours never worked. Had to keep going down to front desk because we couldn’t get into our room. Went through about 11, no exaggeration, keys! The woman putting out the food in the kitchen was very rude and aggressive towards guests yelling at a hotel guest and then after she turned toward my daughter who was not in the altercation and yelled at her. My daughter was just getting her breakfast hadn’t even said anything to the woman. The night desk man was quite rude.
