"Out dated "

Out dated room. They don’t clean every day. The house keeper was sick and coughing really bad and did not let her in.

"Long wait"

They need to have a separate entrance for people that already have a reservation and people who are making reservations. We had to wait a good 30 minutes for tons of people to make reservations because their flights got cancelled. I wasn’t very happy

"a great solo trip["

I was solo for this trip (for the first time)... just needing to unwind after a grueling business schedule of late. I (and my wife and I ) have enjoyed the hotel very much and will certainly return at some point in the future.
