Problems with the key Smoke Smells to much

False advertising. Nothing like description or photos. Friendly staff but sketchy.

This place was filthy ! People smoking everywhere. Did not feel safe at all . I checked in and checked right out !! The staff was rude ! Everything was so dirty and outdated !

The place was dirty or had burnt stains everywhere, and blankets were dirty. Definitely won't be staying there again. I should have paid $60.00 for my experience instead of $120.00.

DO NOT BOOK HERE - DECEPTIVE PHOTOS & FILTHY ROOMS! I was completely misled by the photos of this inn. Upon arrival, I was shocked at how dirty and disgusting the room was. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, and the sheets were filthy and the walls are moldy, the bathroom is disgusting like no one cleaned it. It was by far the worst hotel experience l've ever had. I went to the office to talk to the woman who is the desk manager to request a refund, she said I had to contact the lady who runs this inn, when I contact her she outright refused and offered to "spray Febreze" to cover the stench-completely unacceptable. The customer service was just as awful as the condition of the room. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was met with rudeness and disregard. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel, making this entire situation incredibly stressful, especially after driving all the way from Fresno for my trip. This was a complete nightmare —never again! Avoid this place at all costs!

The room was not cleaned when we entered there was hair all over the bathroom. We came back 3 hours later. Black mold growing in the bathroom on the ceiling and walls. During the night the bathroom ceiling started to leak and by morning the floor was flooded I had to use all the towels to soak it up. I told manager and they never came over. When I went back to the office to say I was using the trash can because the ceiling was leaking so bad she told me to turn the water off?? I told her again it's coming from the room above us and through the ceiling! We checked out early and left.

Not so good. The bed was not comfortable and there was trash in the A/C unit. Refrigerator was not very cold and there was someone playing loud music late at night. Also people walking around talking late at night.

There were roaches, no pillow cases, dirty sheets , remote didn’t work so I had no tv, front desk lady was rude and didn’t even give me the right batteries for the remote as well I called at least about 10times she never answered and I had my three kids as well . I want a refund
