Tiny pokey room . Creepy male reception staff . NOT recommended for a woman on her own in my opinion. I didn't feel comfortable.

"Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Städtetour, sehr gute Lage"

Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, ebenso das Bad. Innenstadt ist fussläufig gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Nothing much to say in a positive way

The doors of the other rooms were slamming all morning so there was no chance of sleeping in, the smoke alarm went off at 10am and staff in the hallways were really noisy. I feel like theres lots of other hotels in Manchester which are much nicer for the same price

Friendly staff

The rooms are small, en suites very small and there was no iron or ironing board. Also asked a couple of times for a vat receipt and not received it yet.
