Fantastic roof top pool - great views of the sea. Staff extremely friendly, nothing was ever too much. Buffet breakfast was scrummy, there was something that catered for all the family preferences. Walking distance to Garlic lane, Melasti, the beach for sunset drinks - easy to get transport from Melasti, and also pickup from hotel. This is the third time in 2 years we've stayed, twice with the kids and its been awesome everytime.

Not all pool lounges had mattresses, some in a bit of disrepair/damaged. More toilet paper in kids room (3 teenagers!!) would have been great, but was never a prob getting extra from concierge.

Fantastic location in Legian on a side street so it’s not too noisy. The rooms are spacious, the pools excellent & the staff are awesome.

Pool was refreshing at end of busy day. Easy walk to garlic lane and the hustle and bustle. Rooms are spacious.

Screaming kids in the pool. And this echoes due to building structure. The restaurant has live band at night- the music is too loud that you can’t enjoy a conversation with dinner. I struggle to order a drink as staff could not hear me and we were all screaming to converse. It was like being in a night club.🫤 curtains are not blockout, the walkway lights shine through.

The location is good and it's probably worth the price.

The room wasn't really cleaned well, the soap gel was rotten and I only found out mid shower. I asked them to replace it which they did. I also didn't like when sleeping in on the morning the cleaning crew burst into the room
