Nice, clean hotel which is only 10 minutes walking distance from the main train station. There is a huge shopping mall 10 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Very nice, clean hotel with comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Only 10 minutes walk from the central train station, 5 minutes walking distance from U Bahn and a big shopping mall. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

This is a decent property but it’s a harder walk to downtown than it looks on the map and there is really nothing around the building. Which is why I am going to be critical of their decision on closing the kitchen. We were there after the big Germany v Spain game and lots of guests were returning from the game. But they did nothing to accommodate the obvious need for so many people to find food upon their return. A good hotel takes care of its guests, but I watched literally a dozen people come to the bar and get rejected because the kitchen was closed. They can say everyone should look out for themselves, I say a good hotel looks out for its patrons.

"Arcotel Camino Experience"

Hotel in great location, Lovely room very clean, really nice hotel. Staff leave a lot to be desired!! Not very friendly, a few were rude!!!
