Obzor Beach Resort

I would give the property 2 stars for location and size of the amenities. I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment with a view. Everything else was subpar and not the level of a 4 star resort. I don’t even know where to begin - the apartment was dirty, stains on the counter, table, chairs, mold in the bathroom, spiderwebs and actual spiders crawling everywhere, broken shoe molding. The oven didn’t work. My mom and I spent a good hour cleaning the entire place before we felt we could actually sit diem at the table. We went at the end of the season I had specifically asked if the beach chairs and umbrellas would still be available and was told “yes” only to find out all were taken down. My parents are in their 70s - my dad recovering from heart surgery from 4 months ago and my mom had pelvic replacement last year , so having to bend down to sit down on the beach was not ideal. Heated pool was not heated, because the pump had broken and it was end of season so why fix it. There were prints all over the glass doors in the hallways and elevators like no one had cleaned for months. All daily activities had ended because it was nearing end of season while the all inclusive hotel next door was still putting up all of their activities. Extremely rude staff - night shift. Day shift was pleasant.

Dirty, rude staff, not at the level of a 4 star hotel. SPA had also been pretty much closed. See above as well. Absolutely disappointing. We usually go to Greece. I hadn’t been to the Black Sea in a while and really wanted to believe that service and hospitality has improved over the years, but sadly “No”. I have more than the 4 pictures allowed to be uploaded.

I will back with my family like Terminator :)

Waves was too big few days, but the weather to do what it want. The vacuum cheaner broken down, but we need tó get other manual cleaning equipments.

Serviciile si dotarile de maxim 3 stele- Dotarile de slaba calitate .Reactiile gazdelor la solicitari . Calitatea bufetului. Impresia ca nu e decat o afacere fara scrupule si fara niciun interes la confortul oaspetilor.
