The receptionist at check-in was very nice and helped to accomodate our party's needs despite last minute reservation. I slept well.

I was charged directly by the hotel (a higher amount and without authorisation!) despite having already paid through booking.com and a week later I still haven't received the correct refund amount. The receptionist at check-out was extremely rude to me and refused to help, saying that it was impossible that I was charged twice, which was a fact which the hotel later acknowledged in a message. Still no correct refund though. Very dated bathroom.
