Grand Pequot Tower at Foxwoods

The room and bathroom was huge and very quiet. Room service was about 20 min on a Sunday morning and it was located right in the middle of the whole property so it was very convenient. We would definitely recommend and go again!

Everything at the grand Pequot Tower was wonderful! The casino and facilities are bright, cheerful and accommodating. So many choices you could almost get lost! The hotel room was quite nice and everything was immaculate as we arrived. Our only issue with the entire stay was that our three nights stay was treated more like a one night day in terms of maid service, towels, in room, coffee, and cups. Even if we didn’t need to have any cleaning done, it would have been nice to get fresh coffee, and the trash baskets emptied.

Very dated room. My wife and I are handicapped and found out we had a very high bathtub. When talked to front desk they said nothing could be done and they probably couldn’t get out of it. Valet service slow and could not understand.

The property and grounds are really beautiful. My first time. Came for a show that was very enjoyable. My only suggestion is that signage could be a bit improved. I got confused a couple of times and had to stop to ask staff. Nothing major, but better signage would have helped.

We loved everything about the place, EXCEPT, the lady at the front desk upon checkout , DID NOT explain anything....meaning , parking , the pool, the players card, where our room was and when I went back to complain, she said she was nice, and i told her, no you were not, thats why im here complaining about YOU. I do no know her name, but it put a mark on our stay. Ya know , I thought the front desk people were supposed to be the best, oh well

Beautiful property. Expensive but stunning. Lots of things to do.

We had a one-night stay on a Friday night. The hotel and casino were busy but not a madhouse. Check in was swift and easy and the desk staff was terrific. Very fortunate that our room was ready early. If they enforced the 5:00pm check, it would have been a deal killer for future stays. Enjoyed some wings and beer in Guy's. It was a short-ish drive down to Mystic to spend the afternoon at the aquarium. The room was clean and comfortable - but didn't like the pillows, they were hard / overfilled. Will stay again for our next trip to Mystic. It helped that we won a few dollars in the casino... the sugar on top of our trip.
