poloha ubytování, možnost snídaně jen do balíčku (super)

že neměli výtah, kvůli tomu jsem se nemohla dostat do pokoje, ale paní mi pak nabídla pokoj pro handicapované. Není možné rozumně očekávat, že hosté zvládnou velmi velký kufr do patra bez výtahu. Malé postele byly vážně nepohodlné
