Location, strong water pressure, great beds and bedding.

The chair in our room needs to be replaced, peeling off material, carpet needs updated/replaced.

Blisko autostrady, śniadanie w cenie, duży pokój z oddzielonym drzwiami salonikiem

Śniadanie bardzo szybko zostaje zamykane nawet kiedy goście jeszcze siedzą. W naszym pokoju od początku była zablokowana toaleta, po zgłoszeniu awarii zamiast wymiany pokoju otrzymałem do ręki przepychaczkę aby samemu usunąć awarie... trochę skandaliczne podejście do klienta.

"Short and Sweet"

My son left his pillow behind, and he didn't realize it until we had already reached Kentucky. A day or two later I was contacted by staff that they could send it back for us! I was so impressed and very thankful. It may be just a pillow to us but to him it's a childhood memory he thought he was going to have to do without. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and loved watching movies on HBOmax!

Longer breakfast time.
