"What we were looking for."

We have been at this hotel 4 times now. Location is perfect for us

There were some crumbs on the carpet. A bit stingy with supplies.

There was no water. I mean NO WATER in the faucets, no water to shower. The toilets could not flush..... x 3 whole days....crazy. We are in 2025. Hotel should be closed if you are changing your pipes. As it's just not human to charge people for a room with no water!!!!!! No accommodations from the staff. Worst experience ever.

First of all when I did the reservation, they charge me in my car and then when I arrive the person out the front desk say my payment wasn’t went through and then he charge us again and when I check my statement from the bank, it was totally charge for the amount when I did the reservation so he charged us again the first name the room was OK. Second night they didn’t clean the room. We’ve been our towels. We didn’t have enough toilet paper. I called them from desk. He say he will be bringing me more towels and toilet paper and he never did. I was no happy at all. I’ve been in the hotel before and everything was nice but I don’t know what’s going on. I think they changed personal. I don’t know what it is but I have such a bad experience this time. Sorry that I have to say that, but that’s the truth.

Manual air very loud no sleeping. Pool extremely small like a whirl pool. Very clean. Needs an update like take off all carpetings especially when dogs there and saw them doing it!

Excellent location to the airport, wonderful staff. The breakfast was amazing the 7 day with my family stayed there. Clean everything. Our room was bigger studio with the kitchen inside.!!!!!🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️ Only to have improve one thing…. The pool !!! It’s not bigger but you can enjoy it

Loved our stay! Definitely recommend, room was very clean and spacious, did not count on having a whole fridge and stove top but great if staying long and want to make and store your own food, towels always available at the pool. Staff was very friendly! Will be staying again

Was in town visiting family. Lovely hotel, nice area, great breakfast. Rooms are clean and oversized. Really comfy pillows! Would definitely stay here again.
