"Not worst the money, worst Ritz Carlton experience"

Only the location is good

The hotel is very old, only the lobby decor is ok. the room was old, the wash basin is blocked, the room has the unpleasant old room smell. The biggest problem is the air conditioner, the exhaust system is unacceptably loud and is in the room wardrobe, this also caused leaking in the bathroom roof. The breakfast has lots of different choice but the food quality is not good and nothing really tasty. You can have much better breakfast outside and it’s much cheaper! Compare to other Ritz Carlton, this one is the worst! In China, there is lots of newly build good hotel, only half of this price. this is definitely not the one you should choose, no matter you are for business or family travel. For the leaking bathroom roof, we have to use all our towels to clean it.

Everything! Bed was so comfortable, breakfast selection amazing, staff were so welcoming and helpful and the location was great close to lots of malls and food areas. Loved the little notes and touches left but the cleaning staff, a book mark and some candies and turn down service nightly was lovely.

"Beautiful Hotel great service"

This is the first time we stayed in this hotel. We were on the 37th floor with a wonderful view of the Pearl River and Tower. Breakfast was great. The swimming pool and spa was nice, but they charge 200 yuan to use the spa. We had dinner at the Michelin star Chinese restaurant, food and service both were very nice, but a bit too pricey, they should give discount for hotel guests. The only complaint was the upkeep of our bathroom was not very bad, the frame was very poorly patched and fixed.
