All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable processing fee once booked if need to cancel or change dates. All reservations will be charged an additional fee at the time of booking your reservation, unless your reservation is less than $200, at which time your reservation will be charged in full. Reservations canceled in the 7 days prior to check-in date will be charged for one night. Reservations canceled 24 hours prior to check-in date will be charged the full reservation amount. Pet friendly lodging in Big Bear Lake, so go ahead and bring your dog, please just let us know prior when making your reservationsGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
