Timberline Lodge

Very accommodating booked the wrong room for my family size. Issue was fixed promptly and we were upgraded at no extra charge. Kids enjoyed the play area

It was ver cold. Now we know we can ask for more heaters

The room was nice

The staff was very rude, the parking space was covered by snow and my boyfriend was unable to see the line. The staff called him stupid and an idiot because he parked a little off the lines

We wanted to snowshoe on the Pineknot trail, but the parking was just impossible. It snowed a day before, and the snow play area was completely full with families with kids. Many cars were parked illegally, and most of them had tickets on their windshield. So we gave up and decided to check into the Timberline lodge, only to discover that the lodge was just down the street. We parked our car there, then just walked up to the trailhead. That was just so sweet!! Super dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us.

Place is one of the most affordable in the area, so set your expectations accordingly. You get the bare basic stuff, and we were completely fine with that.

Location

Dirty and broken window blinds, interior windows, lights and fixtures and furnishings; damaged dishes, dirty kitchen shelves and vent covers. I’m 5’5” and 135 pounds and did not have enough leg room to sit on toilet- which faced the bathtub. Staff was super nice.
