Heat Hotel

1st handicapped room had red ants. 3rd floor handicapped room left Handicapped stranded because elevator not working. Although it was fixed within a couple of hours, it was stressful.

Clean and the staff was super kind whenever I called or in person and that made the trip even better!!

Bugs in room and air conditioner hummed and buzzed causing a vibration in the wall.

The beds are super clean and comfortable, the rest of the room? Not so much. There was a booger plastered on the toilet door, hair in the shower, and stains everywhere. We had the 2bd 2ba suite on the 3rd floor and some of the can lights didnt even work with the 45 switches on the walls. The hotel is pretty run down and the elevator compliance sheet shows it expired 2 years ago. Our friends single room floor was very stained and had a huge stain in the middle of the couch, none of would even sit on it. The hotel is pretty quiet, which is nice, the boat slips are super convenient, and the bar on the patio is really loud, but convenient.

My husband and I shared the Inferno Suite. Initially the grounds and room had a good impression, great view, spacious and modern. The room could have been cleaner and there was a lot of broken tile, and things that could be fixed in the room for the price you pay. Some days we didn’t even get room service when we had placed the placard on the door. When my husband asked the front desk they stated, “well are your towels even dirty?” Room service includes coffee refills which we had to ask for multiple times as well. Customer service at the front desk was terrible, a few times there was nobody there. We love the location of this hotel but the price and service you get do not match. We will probably look into booking elsewhere next time.

Very nice Hotel location is awesome right on the water

We loved the room however we had to change rooms. Monique was attentive to our needs. She immediately helped us resolve the issue. She was kind, personable, and courteous. We will definitely be back for the wonderful customer service we received and the beautiful rooms.

Great property, clean and great staff.

Staff was very helpful and courteous, hotel was ideally located, great view of the London Bridge, pet friendly. Plenty of parking.
