Posizione buona per girare a piedi

Le camere sono molto sporche. Il parcheggio non è realmente fruibile. Avevo noleggiato un T-Cross e mi hanno detto che era troppo grande e che sarebbe stato difficile fare manovra per uscire. Il mio collega che ha parcheggiato da loro una Dacia Duster è rimasto incastrato e ci ha messo 20 minuti per uscire dalla rampa, e ha dovuto anche pagare per questo parcheggio. Mi hanno consigliato un parcheggio pubblico dall’altra parte del ponte, lontano e isolato in mezzo al nulla. L’hotel è su una rotatoria molto trafficata, e per caricare e scaricare i bagagli bisogna fermarsi con la macchina sul marciapiede, molto pericoloso oltre che a rischio multa. La tessera (chiave) della porta si smagnetizzava continuamente e ogni volta bisognava tornare in reception per farla sostituire, ogni volta. Eravamo un gruppo, e tutte le camere hanno avuto questo problema. Avevo preso una camera singola e ho dovuto chiedere un secondo asciugamano tutte le mattine, perchè le pulizie portavano via il secondo asciugamano tutte le mattine anche se era appeso e non per terra. Ho chiesto di lasciare una nota da qualche parte e non l’hanno evidentemente fatto. Ho fatto presente più volte tutti i problemi riscontrati, ma lo staff non è di aiuto e sembra che ti fa un favore a parlare con te. Sono sgarbati e poco professionali. Uno mi ha anche detto che la chiave si smagnetizzava per “colpa mia”, perchè la mettevo troppo vicino al telefono (due tasche diverse dei pantaloni), come se nel 2026 qualcuno di noi uscisse di casa senza telefono. Inoltre, ho chiesto un ombrello in prestito perchè è arrivata una tempesta di pioggia e sabbia, e non avevano neanche un ombrello per gli ospiti. Esperienza davvero sgradevole, mai più.
