A las 3,30 de la madrugada abrieron la puerta de la habitación y entraron dos extraños cuando mi marido y yo estábamos en la cama durmiendo la encargada les abrió nuestra habitación sin comprobar qué esa no era su habitación una experiencia horrible un susto de muerte por supuesto que está denunciado y no volveremos nunca

Outstanding service, kind and attentive staff at the reception desk, an impeccably clean room, and a huge, incredibly comfortable bed. I am absolutely delighted and would highly recommend this hotel! What a contrast I experienced in this hotel, located in what might seem like a provincial city, compared to the hotels I stayed in Venice and Milan just a week earlier. It was truly like night and day. And I am not only talking about comfort and convenience, but even more about the kindness, warmth, and genuine helpfulness of the people working at this hotel—and, in fact, throughout the city. The nearby cafés and restaurants also contributed to this atmosphere of friendliness and hospitality. In short, I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful days I spent in this beautiful city. They will remain among my fondest travel memories.
