Wonderful staff and excellent location

The location was perfect, central to everything. The hot tub was a lovely perk.

The overall organization of the staff seemed uncoordinated during our stay. We arrived at 4 p.m. and discovered there was no shower curtain in our room. It took a very long time for one to be brought to us. The following morning, our bathtub backed up, and we had to call the front desk approximately five times over the course of two hours before someone came to address the issue. The maintenance personnel did apologize for forgetting about us, but the delay set our day back by about two hours. Additionally, the hotel was very noisy. A dog across the hall barked constantly, and loud noises—sounding like furniture being moved—began around 6 a.m. on Sunday. Overall, these issues made our stay far less comfortable than expected.
