If you're a dirty old man, or an escaped convict looking for somewhere to take a prostitute, then this is the ideal spot for you. Oh dear dear me. This is a definite NO NO ( unless you are indeed one of the 2 aforementioned ). I didn't spot the signs as I checked in, but there are literally signs erected around the car-park that say things similar to " NO LOITERING" ... " NO PROSTITUTES "..."NO SEX IN THE CAR PARK"...and that sort of thing. Hardly family friendly. Yes it was cheap. Yes it was filthy. Yes it felt unsafe. I ventured into Wilmington to break up my stay. The area was so rough, I came back to this horrid place, ordered a pizza to be delivered, locked the door & stayed in. I secured a chair was behind the door. Do yourself a massive favour - find somewhere else. This seedy hovel is to be avoided at all costs, and I'm in no way a snob.

Thank god we only stayed here one night the gold club was next store to the hotel their hours were 4p-4a could not sleep do to the music playing so dam loud and it was just not a safe place I will never go back I think that I would sleep in my car before staying here again And the picture that they show you for this place boy is it wrong ( stay a way from this place )

When we arrived at this hotel at 9:00 pm, it seemed to be in a scary, run-down part of town. When we awoke the next morning and could see the area better, this fear was confirmed. There were several locals living at the place... and one customer was asking the desk clerk if he could buy condoms. The room was quite small, but the bed was a good size. There was no crib available to rent and we were not able to get any extra pillows. The walls were in desparate need of cleaning, there was mold on the walls, and the bathroom was pretty disgusting. However, the desk clerk was very kind. He tried to accomodate us as much as possible.

The room was not really at the time we got there and they took to long to get it really.

No non-smoking room; unfriendly staff; bad smell in the room. Charge $100 for double bed, definitely stay away!

Fairview Inn is one of the most dirtiest, uncomfortable, unsafe motels I have ever stayed in. You have families, drug dealer, ladies of the night, staying there. I was so afraid that I didn't sleep, scared that someone would try to come in my room, which they did. I put the chair under the door handle. For the price of the room, I should get my money back. The website for this place is false advertising.

Inner city, truck stop, strip club ghetto, a place to sleep, i guess. Was aproached by a dude selling "whatever you want"

the area was frightening, as was the motel...would not recommend.

Strip club next door. Sticky carpet. Shady personalities around.

Traveled all my life. Worst place I have ever stayed. GROSS. Found bed bugs
