Mr. Fernando's service at the restaurant was excellent, all the staff were very friendly with the exception of the man who works the afternoon shift at reception.

FALSE ADVERTISING. Booking.com advertises rooms with coffee makers, but these are nonexistent.The hotel staff offer to provide one in the room, but never do. When you request it, the make receptionist who works the afternoon shift is very rude, saying they haven't had coffee makers since the pandemic. The room doesn't have air conditioning, only a floor fan, and the mattress is very hot. The television is very old and doesn't have access to apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, or others that would allow you to choose what to watch. All the television channels are in Spanish, and there's no way to change the language to English or turn on English subtitles. People who can't be out all day or sightseeing, needs these conditions to be improved.

E writhing exceeded our expectations. We were referred to the hotel by a good friend. We need to send her a bottle of tequila as a big thank you!!!

Getting hot water to the shower took about 5 minutes. But it was a minor inconvenience
