El personal es muy amable. El desayuno está rico, aunque me pareció un poco elevado el costo de la habitación y del desayuno.

Tenía un ligero olor a guardado la habitación y no tienen estacionamiento. Fuera de eso todo bien.

Tuvimos unos visitantes que durante los 2 días que estuvimos no dejaron descansar. Hacían demasiado ruido, corrían, gritaban, golpeaban las puertas y a pesar de decirles no dejaron descansar

Hôtel calme et confortable, bien situé en centre-ville. Le personnel est très serviable et agréable avec les clients.

Le premier petit déjeuner a été un peu chaotique : difficulté pour trouver une table et buffet encombré. Sans doute dû à la présence d'un groupe. Par contre, le second a été parfait.

location was perfect distance for any place we want to go.

Not quite. Housekeeper talks loudly next my door; no air-conditioning makes us open window. Breakfast was at 0800am, but not ready until 0830. No good quality breakfast service. I reserved Taxi to airport, and I requested payment by card, cost could be 700 MXN. But actually, I needed to pay by cash and 750 MXN. I had to withdraw cash in the airport and kept my partner in TAXI during withdrawing. It was so bad. I don't want to recommend, and I don't want to anyone to get to be in uncomfortable.

An excellent experience we have in "El Meson de los Poetas", is a well located resort with "almost boutique-like" decoration. Clean and confortable but the primary reason why i could visit again is it great location, near from everywhere in "Centro Histórico" famous places.
