The rooms were clean and atmosphere was terrific and beautiful. Definitely staying here again when I go back to Guanajuato

Property was very clean and nice. Worth the money. People with Mobility issue, please check with reception for elevator access. Property has a charm to it and they maintain an early 1900s feel.

Excellent location, beautiful property with an amazing terrace which has great views of the city. Breakfast is decent and staff at reception are very helpful and friendly!!

Nos hospedamos dos días mi familia y yo y la verdad el hotel está muy bonito, instalaciones, decoración, ubicación, todo excelente.

No tiene estacionamiento, tal vez, sería lo único pero en realidad es un tema común de los hoteles y la verdad el personal nos apoyo con eso, entonces no hubo tango problema .

The location is superb, steps from the Diego Rivera Museum, the town center and many good restaurants. The hotel itself is a colonial labanryth filled with colonial architecture, furniture and art. The breakfast is superb and in a light-filled atrium with an ancient tree growing through the roof. The uniformed waiters were friendly and professional and made a point of bringing a pot of strong coffee to our table when we commented that the coffee was a bit weak.

Our room faced an internal atrium and was quiet but a bit stuffy. There was a ceiling fan, which helped, and we slept fine. The hotel does not have A/C, and the nights in Guanajuato (2,000m) are cool. The other option would be a room facing the stree, but these might get street noise bouncing off the cobblestone streets.
